Anthony Lentino
Tony Lentino is a proud graduate of the music business program at Elmhurst University (class of ’07). During his time as a Bluejay, he served as vice president of the Music Business Student Union and Concert Chair for Union Board. He is thrilled to be teaching Concert Promotion and Venue Management, the class he always wished he could have taken.
Tony has worked with the House of Blues Chicago, Live Nation and Ambassador Talent Services. He toured the world as a solo performer doing YoYo tricks for thousands of kids in 5 different countries on 3 different continents. He’s created marketing initiatives that have been seen in multiple countries, planned conventions in Las Vegas and managed a comedy club for 17 years.
Tony currently serves as the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events Programming Manager for the City of Elgin, Illinois and The Hemmens Cultural Center. Tony is an active member of APAP (Association of Performing Arts Professionals) and he is thrilled to educate and inspire the future of the music industry.
